Cross Creek: Star Employee of the Quarter

Cross Creek at Lee’s Summit Assisted Living | Memory Care recognizes an employee each quarter with a Star Employee of the Quarter award. This quarter’s award went to Sandy Henrich, one of the servers in Cross Creek’s blue dining room.

“Sandy came to Cross Creek from Florida. I don’t know why anyone would leave the sunny skies and sandy beaches for Missouri’s cold winters and freezing rain and snow, but she did and we are happy for that,” said Jill Morgan, Cross Creek Marketing & Admissions Specialist.

Not only is Sandy beloved by staff members, but the residents enjoy her company as well! Sandy is always willing to help and will volunteer for extra shifts.

Sandy, thank you for all your efforts in making our residents feel welcome in their home!
