Cross Creek: Star Employee of the Quarter

Cross Creek at Lee’s Summit Assisted Living Memory Care recognizes an employee each quarter with a Star Employee of the Quarter award. This quarter’s award went to Karen Bates, one of Cross Creek’s housekeepers.

Jill Morgan, Capital Health Management Marketing & Admissions Specialist, describes Karen as an essential part of the Cross Creek team. “Karen always goes above and beyond for our staff and residents. She always shows up to work and tries her hardest no matter what!”
